Wiladore Return & Refund Policy

At Wiladore, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality furniture and exceptional service. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed for shipment or delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, scheduled for delivery, or is in transit, cancellation requests may be subject to applicable shipping, handling, restocking, and processing fees.
Returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in new and unused condition
- Be free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or excessive wear
- Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping and transportation costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt whenever possible
- Take photographs of the damage
- Contact Wiladore within 48 hours of delivery
Wiladore will work with the customer and manufacturer to provide replacement parts, repairs, exchanges, or refunds when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Final sale merchandise
- Custom-order products
- Special-order products
- Mattresses that have been opened or used, where prohibited by law
- Products showing signs of use, abuse, modification, or improper assembly
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Original shipping, delivery, assembly, and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of Wiladore's error.
Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of a non-damaged item may be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, delivery charges, and applicable restocking fees.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure all furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and intended spaces before ordering.
Wiladore is not responsible for delivery refusals due to size constraints at the delivery location.
